TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to head up a Large Residential Scheme based in Birmingham on a rolling contract for a minimum of 2 years. Potential to go Permanent 

The ideal candidate: 
  • Must have strong and current experience in running residential schemes 
  • Worked on a range of projects from £5m - £30m
  • Background within a Main Contractor / Housebuilder / PQS
  • Ability to commit to a long term ongoing contract
  • Immediately available 
  • Chartered or working towards status: MRICS MCIOB MAPM
  • Educated to degree level within a relevant field
