Working for one of the country’s leading building services and construction company’s we are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to come in and join their team working on the construction of a brand new secondary school within the Rugeley area that are focussing on making the school not only state of the art but also a new level in terms of energy efficient and green.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you would be tasked with key commercial tasks such as bonus payments, subcontract procurement and management, site measurement, internal and external valuations, Management of change orders and Cost Value reportage, 

With this being a senior role we would expect any candidates applying for the job to have the qualification's and experience to match the salary that is offer, it is also essential that applicants have experience of working on the construction of secondary schools previously.
