Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to make a difference to some of the biggest rail infrastructure projects happening within the Yorkshire region or are you a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for that next step up and progress with a brand new team?

TXM are currently supporting a civil biased main contractor who have been awarded a number of major civil and structural projects moving into control period 6 for network rail and they are looking to add to their brand new team a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the delivery of these. You will manage project costs from concept to completion and through to the end of defects liability, overseeing contractual commitments, challenging and supporting to identify best value solutions.

With excellent communication skills, you will be client focused with the ability to build and manage effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, internal colleagues and supply chain partners.

Ideally holding a commercial qualification and have CVR and Target Cost experience in addition to ICC & NEC3 Forms of Contract knowledge.

You may not come from a rail background ,don’t worry, the client would like to see all applicants who can demonstrate a good understanding of Quantity Surveying within a heavy civil environment.
