Required for this role:
- Hold 5+ years of industry experience, with a background in a construction consultancy is desirable
- Experience and knowledge of working across the Industrial and Logistics sectors
- Degree or equivalent in Project Management
- Ideally be a Member of the Association for Project Management or the equivalent of a similar recognised professional body
- Previous experience of being involved with/supporting the resolution of contractual and legal matters
- Ability to support negotiations with other involved parties.
- APM approved structured APM training
