Job title: Group Senior HR Advisor

Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday

Knowledge and experience:

•Prior extensive experience in a similar generalist HR role

•CIPD Level 5 or above

•Up to date knowledge of employment legislation

•Ability to cope well under pressure

•Ability to communicate effectively with employees across all levels

•Must be able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines

•Proven experience of developing, streamlining and improving existing processes

Personal qualities:

•Must be approachable, courteous and supportive

•Must take initiative, self-motivate and be proactive

•Advocate for team work

•Enthusiasm to help and commitment to grow with the business

•Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional and positive manner

•Must demonstrate job ownership and be committed to ongoing personal and professional development
