Currently recruiting for a permanent Senior Estimator position to support one of the leading main contractors of the Midlands with their recently announced growth strategy and winning of some fantastic projects. You will be based out of their headquarters in Bedford.

As a Senior Estimator within this organisation, you will have duties that include reviewing work quotes, calculating valuations, scheduling rates and analysing tenders. We are looking for candidates to have a good understanding of procurement activities, technical drawings and contracts.

We are looking for strong minded, dedicated and commercially aware candidates who have previous experience of dealing with new build, civils or refurbishment projects with your initial project having a value of £50M+ (design and build).

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an ever-growing company that currently employ over 200 direct staff, alongside 400 temporary workers and have just opened a new office in Oxfordshire to support growth. The role will be paying a salary of circa £60,000 (dependent on skills and experience) alongside a generous benefits package including private healthcare, generous holiday allowance, company vehicle and the potential of earning a tax free annual bonus.
