Senior Bid Manager

Due to continued growth and diversifying the business, a specialist civil engineering and structural contractor in the North West are seeking a Senior Bid Manager to join the team, unifying the 4 business units within the group to deliver further growth targets.

With being an industry leader in bridge refurbishments and maintenance, this national contractor has gained a place on twelve lucrative Network Rail frameworks across the UK, which remain competitive and so require an established bid manager to oversee the works.

Also, you will gain the opportunity to branch out in to other sectors of civil engineering, looking at highways, structural engineering, construction and a variety of sectors to help drive this business to achieving its 5-year strategy.

You will play a fundamental part of overseeing multiple business units in a national role, therefore your communication skills and ability to oversee a team of Bid Managers will see your flourish in this role – are you up for the challenge?

The salary on offer is £60k-£65k depending on experience, plus package including car/car allowance, pension, holidays and more!

Requirements:

• Either an established Senior Bid Manager, or a Bid Manager looking to step up into a Senior position
• Rail experience is essential
• HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent in relevant engineering subject is advantageous
