Sales Adminstrator with ref. BH-28866

If you are a Sales Administrator, this is an ideal opportunity to get into the Engineering industry working for a rapidly expanding Commercial Vehicle company based in Croydon. They are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join them on a permanent basis

As a Sales Administrator you will be working on a 36.5 hour working week Monday to Friday, with a salary banding of £28000 to £32000 depending on experience

As a Sales Administrator, task will include:

· Deal with all customer telephone enquiries for sales and deliveries

· Administration support for quotation of all new projects

· Liaise with material control and manufacturing departments for delivery promises

· Booking out of service exchange, repair transmissions, spring couplings etc

· Inputting and booking out of spare part orders

· Maintain up to date records on transmissions outstanding with customers

· Support warranty claim system working closely with other team members and service team

· Carry out back-to-back ordering for parts from our European Arm when required

· Liaise with our European Arm to progress urgent orders

· Assisting in other company projects or tasks as and when required.

Requirements for a Sales Administrator would be:

· Commercial Vehicle background preferred

· Experience of dealing directly with customers

· Aftermarket pricing experience required

· Good telephone manner

· Excel, Word, Communication skills
