This is an incredibly important role that sits within the Vehicle Attributes group, it is key to the development of the EV they are developing and will have a direct effect on the way the business pushes forward. 

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Conduct and Coordinate a large variety of Safety Tests including Crash, Sled, Pedestrian protection and sensor testing.
  • Responsibility for ensuring all the parameters of the test reflect the objectives.
  • Review all test findings with a variety of internal stakeholders such as the design team.
  • Liaise with the various test houses and other external stakeholders to ensure tests are booked in and an adequate amount of time has been arranged for each test.
  • Support on sign-off test reports.
  • Take part in a number of other safety relevant activities.
The best person for the role will have knowledge and experience in:
  • A variety of vehicle safety areas.
  • Awareness of global and consumer safety test and assessment protocols.
  • You will have a track record of planning and executing automotive safety tests via internal and external test houses.
  • Be a team player who is willing to buy into the journey and goals of the business.
