We have a fantastic internal opportunity for a Resourcer to join our growing Milton Keynes based team.

You'll be either an experienced Resourcer ready for an exciting new challenge, or new to recruitment and looking to break into this fast paced, rewarding industry!

This is a newly created role designed to support us as we partner a flagship client, your focus will be on sourcing professional level candidates for a range of technical / engineering related roles; you'll be utilising job boards / professional networking sites and our own database to identify candidates and conducting short telephone screenings to assess suitability for a range of vacancies.

This is a fast paced role working within a busy team and our resourcers will play akey role in supporting our account manager & senior consultants in achieving and exceeding delivery targets.

Excellent training & support will be on offer but you'll need to have a willingness to learn quickly, be highly confident and have great communication skills.
