Employer/Recruitment Brand Specialist
Ludgate (London) /Home Based
12 month contract
£260 Per Day (Inside IR35)

Main Responsibilities

Build and execute employer brand activities to promote the company as an employer of choice to target talent
To develop and deploy content for key channels to market
Create and execute social media channel strategy (including posting, SEO and conversation management)
Work with Talent Acquisition teams to deliver recruitment marketing campaigns
Formulate and manage data insights
Advise and support stakeholders on employer branding topics
Work with manage external partners to deliver projects against defined goals

Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
Competences

A passion for employer branding
At least 5 years professional experience in employer branding ideally internationally
Extensive knowledge of Social Media and 3rd party recruitment channels
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience of collaborating in global teams as well as leading complex projects
Fluent English
Strong IT skills – typically Powerpoint, Word, Excel.
