Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday

Based in headquarters within Milton Keynes, TXM Recruit is an established Engineering Recruitment Consultancy that offers specialist services across Rail (Infrastructure & Rolling Stock), Manufacturing (Aerospace, Automotive, Motorsport) and Built Environment (Facilities, M&E).
What we're looking for:
An experienced, confident and resilient account manager who has no qualms working under pressure for one of the world’s best Formula One teams!
Our account manager needs to be a showstopper, communicating concisely and to a high standard with client and internal stakeholders from board level to recruiters.
If you’ve got the ambition and energy to kick it with the top dogs, along with the tact and negotiation skills to take the right approach to any and all problems that might be faced, then this could be the job for you!
You will be responsible for managing key account relationships, maximising account potential and working closely with your client group. You will also be responsible for the full delivery/resource function for a number of client projects throughout the year in addition to their standard requirements.
To manage these responsibilities effectively you will need to be well organised, work to deadlines and be comfortable collating and presenting data for internal and client updates.
