TXM Recruit are urgent recruiting for a receptionist/administrator to join and support a busy team based in Durrington. Our client are a specialist Facilities Management company, working for a high profile utilities business. 

ASAP start 

Monday to Friday 
8am - 1pm 


Uniform provided 
Training Provided

About the role: 
  • Be the first point of call for all guests & visitors – greeting them on arrival and handling their enquiries.
  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Managing conference room bookings and ensuring that they are set up and ready for use.
  • Arranging refreshment and catering requests.
  • Additional ad hoc reception duties as they arise. 
  • Keeping documents and paperwork up to date and accurate
  • Supporting the teams with any admin requirements 

About you:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Ability to work on site (not home working)
  • IT literate
  • Organised and efficient 
  • Flexible and reliable with hours
