Role Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet visitors
- Answer phones and emails
- Keep meeting rooms neat and tidy
- Keep Reception area neat and tidy
- Support the site security measures
- Support Health & Safety management/Security checks
- Administration/Filing/Minute taking
- Support Covid-19 cleaning regime and control measures
- Support home working administration
- Support with the management of site pre-booking process
- Collate and report on daily attendance figures
- Book couriers and frank post
- Deliver post to staff
- Support FM team with ad-hoc duties
- Organise sub-contractors and vendor call outs when required
- Support role with site emergencies (Evacuations/Fire Drills)
- A professional approach
- Able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Previous experience of Reception/Facilities work
- Ability to communicate effectively with good standard of written and spoken English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Office Health & Safety
- Excel and Word proficiency
- Good IT skills
- Monday to Friday, 8-4
