TXM Recruit are looking for two Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor's based across a variety of sites in the UK working for a railway engineering firm on some large multi disciplined projects. In return, the oppertunity to work from home and a salary of up to £55,000 + 10% bonus and benefits.

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor's Job Requirements:

  • Working on Rail Telecoms projects but will consider various infrastructure backgrounds.
  • Substantial Quantity Surveying experience working within a contractor side project environment.
  • Able to manage both direct labour and subcontract costs
  • Ability to estimate change / variations using various methods
  • Able to forecast cost and measure cost of work complete
  • Good negotiation skills with ability to manage expectations
  • Ability to manage commercial strategies
  • Good financial and commercial acumen
