TXM Recruit are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a Global Consultancy to work on Retail projects that they have upcoming this year. 

This role for a Quantity Surveyor is based out of our clients office's situated in Manchester.  

Role Requirements :
  • Positively engaging with Customers and developing, growing and maintaining Customer relationships
  • Advising on and implementing procurement strategies
  • Preparing tender documentation and managing the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes
  • Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives
  • Managing and Delivering high quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverable's meet Customers' requirements and accordance with the business procedures
  • Evaluating and reporting on tenders
  • Valuing completed work and arranging for payments you:
What we would expect ideal candidates to have: 
  • Commercially minded, you will be capable of working on high profile projects for some major key clients
  • You will have delivered a variety of projects within the Retail Sector
  • Educated to degree level within Surveying 
  • Ambitious and career driven to move into an Associate Director position
