Project Design Manager – Cardiff

As a major project is due to start in South Wales and with this award-winning consultancy expanding their teams with some of the best talent in the industry, an experienced Project Manager is required to deliver the multi-disciplinary design packages of this 10-year project.

Based in a brand-new office in Cardiff, you will play an integral role within the internal design team, working alongside an array of engineers from Assistants to Principals across all disciplines for a portfolio of rail projects, ensuring the project quality plans and financial expectations are met from bid stage through to completion.

For the top-notch project manager, the salary on offer is upwards of £40k plus package including holidays, pension, healthcare and more.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in suitable engineering subject
• Demonstrable experience in managing design projects, ideally within rail but other infrastructure sectors will be considered
• Experience of managing an internal design team
• Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel
