What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting project management by maintaining and updating essential project documents such as schedules, scope of supply, and buy-out reports.
- Coordinating the bidding process for subcontractors and ensuring all subcontractor activities meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Overseeing the delivery of engineering documentation and materials to subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Assisting Business Development teams by helping to develop accurate project estimates.
- Managing and tracking all project activities, making sure deadlines are hit and project teams are kept informed at every stage.
- Working across multiple departments, including Engineering, Technology, Fabrication, and Shipping, to keep projects running efficiently.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, ideally in project coordination, project engineering, or construction engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
- A keen eye for detail, with the ability to stay organised and focused in a fast-paced environment.
