This automotive company is going through a period of stable growth, having recently secured a number of prestigious contacts and now expanding their operations as a result.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of around 75 people with 10 direct reports. You'll be responsible for overseeing the production process and logistics function, duties include:
-Ensuring production deadlines are met.
-Coordinate all resource requirements, including temporary labour.
-Liaising with customers (automotive OEM's) and suppliers.
-Performance management and skills matrices for direct reports.
-Financial and production reporting.
-Actively participating in continuous improvement activities.
