You will be tasked primarily with resolving precision machining challenges and driving team performance. You will be taking responsibility for a specialist machining cell and have the authority to influence and shape the future machining principles of the organisation.

With your key technical competence in the multi axis machining of tight tolerance components you will be expected to maximise output, motivate and lead your team. This role involves managing complex operations under significant time and quality pressures where you would be expected to excel in problem solving and be driven by results.

There is a minimum requirement for the right candidate to be Degree qualified and ideally Masters educated in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. You must bring the passion, commitment, enthusiasm and characteristics but for the right person your talent will be nurtured.  There is no disputing that this is a challenging, high pressured environment, BUT, the rewards are significant and you will be operating at the forefront of Motorsport technology in a state of the art facility with some of the most influential minds in the world.
