Principal Consultant

TXM are looking for a Principal Consultant based in and around the Midlands working for a rapidly expanding engineering consultancy business. In return a salary of circa £90,000 with a company car and potential quarterly bonuses. You will be responsible for managing a brand-new division offering a unique people development tool that has already won a Nobel prize.

Principal Consultant Job Requirements:

· Must have proven experience within a consultancy business with project delivery and implementation exposure.

· Extremely well-connected individual that can offer a wealth of contacts from their own network which will in turn add value to this business.

· Ideally will have worked within the learning, people development or AI sectors or demonstrate the understanding of how to implement this model.

· Match the drive and ambition of current employees to push this business forward and mirror the successes of other divisions.

· Operationally astute, responsible for P&L as well as developing and implementing solutions.
