TXM Recruit the Operational Railway specialist recruitment consultancy are working with a growing fright business to find their next Planning Manager.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead Train Planning & Resources whilst ensuring the team operates in the most productive manner, maintaining the company resource plan.
Responsibilities
Weekly STP Bids
Updating and expanding WTT Portfolio
Possession Checking
Train Crew Rostering & Diagramming
Updating and expanding of RT3973, NRAP’s, associated planning documents & databases
Desired Experience / Qualifications
Candidates must have a clean and valid UK driving licence
A minimum of five years’ experience working within a train planning office with a very detailed understanding of WTT and STP planning arrangements, access planning and resource diagramming and rostering.
Extensive knowledge of rail geography
Proficient with IT (Microsoft packages, timing & planning software)
Clear and professional communication skills
