TXM Recruit are looking for a Personal Assistant based in Leeds, responsible for the Managing Director of a large logistics business within the transportation sector. Paying up to £27000 per annum with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. A great opportunity to join a large business that have a family orientated outlook.
Personal Assistant Requirements:
- Management of the diary for the MD.
- Planning and implementing meetings.
- Organising/attending/minuting ad-hoc meetings as required.
- Booking business travel, accommodation etc.
- Produce and prepare the Board reports
- Managing the holiday approvals process
- Must have worked in a large business previously ideally.
- Will have experience of dealing with other senior level Directors ideally.
- Project or events management qualifications are desirable but not essential.
- Strong IT skills.
