Based in headquarters within Milton Keynes, TXM Recruit is an established Engineering Recruitment Consultancy that offers specialist services across Rail (Infrastructure & Rolling Stock), Manufacturing (Aerospace, Automotive, Motorsport) and Build Environment (Facilities, M&E).

Could you be our next XTRA Miler?

Our Permanent Recruitment Consultants have a mixed role which will involve servicing existing accounts within the aerospace industry as well identifying and winning new customers.

Our Manufacturing team is split into 3 sectors and work with some of the leading names within Aerospace, Motorsport/F1 and general manufacturing.

They have achieved consistent year on year growth and 2020 looks like being another record year!

They’re number one within Motorsport and boast the enviable position of suppling several of the leading teams on the grid.

They have transferred this success into the aerospace / automotive sector and recently won several multi-year sole supplier agreements. Our plan is to expand our footprint into Europe within the next 12 months.
