TXM are currently working with a leading automotive body shop in Banbury and are looking to recruit a Paint Team Leader for the double day shift (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm rotating weekly). 

You'll be a key part of the leadership team at this highly successful and growing business, managing a small team of automotive paint sprayers. 

Duties include

-Taking responsibility for the production processes in your area, ensuring deadlines are met.
-Adhering to targets and KPI improvement plans. 
-Ensuring all tools and materials are correctly maintained and fit for purpose (with the support of the maintenance team).
-Take an active part in continuous improvement projects.

What you'll need?

-Hands-on experience as a paint sprayer, polisher, rectifier or paint inspector before moving on to a team leader or supervisory role.
-Flexibility to work shifts
