We have an excellent career opportunity to join a renowned FMCG brand who are set to grow hugely across different international markets.

To support the continued quality of the products alongside increased demands the business are looking for new specialist in operational excellence and continuous improvements of processes.

This will be a varied and wide-reaching position, implementing strategies for process improvements across the whole business covering: customer service, brand standards, planning, deployment, installations, field services & supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be proactive in identifying areas of improvement within the Operations team whilst acting as a business partner to all departments to help improve their use, management and quality of their business processes. 

Experience

You will have a previous track record of process improvement and process mapping where you have designed and delivered new processes as well as the continuous improvement of existing processes.

Crucially, you will be an effective communicator within a vibrant business, working to understand and engage different departments to imbed improved processes that benefit them specifically.
