TXM are currently working with a rapidly expanding automotive supplier and looking to recruit an Operations Manager for their site near Solihull. 

This position has responsibility for around 50 people and covers the Purchasing, Logistics and Warehousing departments.

Duties include:

-Managing all the operational activities of production, ensuring the correct performance standards are maintained.
-Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and leading cost reduction projects.
-Management of both permanent and temporary staff, ensuring their continuous development.
-Occasional travel to the company's other UK sites, and possibly suppliers/customers in Europe.
