The job involves leading a team of operators and engineers to manage the manufacturing process from quotation to delivery. The company supplies to the Aerospace, Automotive and Entertainment Industries.
You'll be responsible for the entire process, taking customer enquiries and delivering a quality product that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
This role focuses heavily on continuous improvement so a big part of your role will be analysing data obtained about the existing processes and using it to improve efficiency and production output.
Full training on the company's unique product range will be given at their head office in Germany so you won't just be chucked in at the deep end.
What you'll need?
-Ideally an engineering qualification, however we'll also consider people that are 'qualified by experience'.
-Operations, Production or Manufacturing Management experience. Ideally in the automotive industry.
