Office Assistant – Milton Keynes
TXM Group is a successful business which consists of 17 companies totalling over 250 staff with offices around the UK, America, Australia and the Middle East and we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Office Assistant to provide support to the business and the senior team across the TXM Group. This is a great opportunity which will see the successful candidate support different teams across the group and help to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Main responsibilities include;
- Manage electronic diary schedules for the senior teams
- Arrange client meetings & visits
- Arrange UK and international travel
- Co-ordinate company corporate events
- Assistance with monthly board meetings
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements
- General front of house duties, including greeting visitors
- Screen and handle calls, enquiries and requests
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience within a similar office based role and will display a high level of professionalism and confidentiality as well as an ability to be able to follow instruction and display initiative. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential and we are looking for someone with a good level of experience within MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
