We are working with an industry leading Aerospace business, operating at the cutting edge of technology to recruit an experienced NPI Engineering Manager.

As the NPI Engineering Manager, you will join their Test Equipment team and be accountable for planning and organising the end to end production process; from estimating through to conceptual and detailed design and from manufacture to installation.

You’ll lead a multi-skilled team of Engineers whose breadth of capabilities includes Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, Electronic and Software which means you’ll have to have the ability to understand how these come together to ensure success.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills including the ability to inspire, motivate and develop others. You’ll have existing experience in a role managing a multi-disciplinary team and understand the complexity of systems.
 

You will need to posses strong leadership and people management skills and have exceptional systems knowledge either in a test department or other multi-skilled environment. This position is a multi faceted role that will include the ability to work as part of an onsite and global team including willingness to travel overseas.
