TXM Recruit are currently supporting an FMCG manufacturing business who supply into major retailers as they are looking for a National Account Manager to join the sales team. The business have a strong portfolio of accounts in place and produce their own brand and retail branded products.
You will be responsible for a group of national accounts with the following responsibilities.
National Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Full account management responsibilities – all P&L, pricing, margins, forecasting.
- Producing sales/account analysis.
- Working on brand image within stores, shelf positioning & negotiating pricings.
- Working cross functionally with; planning, NPD, technical and marketing.
- Visiting customer sites - conducting meetings, reviews, upselling, working on company brand.
- Previous account management experience – retail would be ideal.
- Ideally worked with branded and own label products.
- Reporting on accounts, forecasting and analysis.
- Price negotiation and selling experience.
