Is this you?
We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled engineer with proven track record of working on commercial contracts, ideally block management
You will flexible, willing to help out and capable of putting your hand to most things
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role as well
- A relevant City & Guilds mechanical/electrical qualification
- 17th/18th edition
- Experience working on commercial maintenance contracts
- Good communication skills
- IT Literate
- Full UK Drivers licence
Overview of role and benefits
You will be covering London and the Home Counties, carrying out various electrical and mechanical tasks, such as emergency lighting or plant room maintenance
Although your focus will be electrical/mechanical, you will be required to cover any general maintenance that may need attending to onsite as well, including basic carpentry, minor roofing and
You will also be quoting and generating work by highlighting any additional work that needs doing on site
- Salary of up £35,000 per annum after satisfactory completion of 6 month probation

This is a successful, family run business that specialises in the block management sector, providing a range of services including fire defence, electrical, mechanical and general maintenance.
Due to increased work load they are now looking for a general maintenance engineer to add to the team
