Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager
Salary: £40,000-£42,000
Location: Central London
Shift pattern: 7am-4pm/8am-5pm/10am-7pm
Call out: 1-3 (£100 stand by)
TXM Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Site Manager to join one of the leading building services providers in London
Are you their ideal candidate?
They are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a mechanical background who has experience working in high end commercial building or client-facing environments
The ideal candidate will work be confident supervising a team of engineers and sub-contractors whilst also being happy being hands on with the work
Meeting SLA’s and understanding the importance of providing excellent customer service is also a must for this role
Going above and beyond is second nature to you and you’re always happy to help a colleague if necessary.
Is this your ideal role?
This is a hands-on managerial role with responsibilities focused on client/tenant satisfaction and supervising a small team of engineers as well as sub-contractors on occasion
You will be expected to take in the PPM rota and call out rather than being office based.
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Must come from a mechanical background
  • Experience supervising a team of engineers
  • Previous experience in a client facing role
  • HNC qualified in Mechanical engineering
  • Previous experience working within facilities management or building service's

  • Salary of up to: £42K
  • Stand-by of £100 with a min of 4 hours paid

  • 22 days annual leave increasing 1 day per year up to a maximum of 28 days
