Maintenance Operative - I am currently on the look out for a Maintenance Operative to work for one of the fastest-growing retail maintenance teams in the UK, being based primarily in Winchester. This is initially a temporary vacancy with the idea of being moved over permanently from 6 months onwards. 

The Maintenance Operative will be responsible of completing basic planned and reactive maintenance works in a large retail store including changing taps, door handles, bits of painting, changing lightbulbs, testing water for legionella (training given) and emergency light testing (training also given). 

The rate of pay for the Maintenance Operative is £10.79/hour PAYE, based on working 40 hours per Monday - Friday. Anything over 40 hours is paid at time and a half.
