TXM Recruit are currently partnering with a reputable company who produce quality plastic regrinds and compounds. These are then sold to clients based in the UK & Internationally. Based on growth they are investing back into the company to increase the volumes that they are able to recycle and produce.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience working in a heavy industry/quarry environment in the past. Working on machines including; Drying units, tanks, crushers and shredders. Someone who has a strong mechanical background would be suitable for this role.

Key skills & responsibilities

• Be self sufficient and responsible for undertaking the work on site
• Follow PPM schedule
• Respond to breakdowns
• Ability to work as part of a small team
