Reading
A Global designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace industry currently require the services of an experienced Maintenance Engineer to take the lead in the maintenance of their Reading site.
The successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for plant and equipment, building and services, security and safety, control of waste products and scheduled testing and inspections. You will maintain and improve the condition of plant, equipment, buildings and services through preventative maintenance and other appropriate procedures. You will also take responsibility for performing and organising through third parties and recording various statutory and safety checks. You must maintain the security of the site and perform duties in pursuance of current Health and Safety regulations.
Suitable candidates will have a formal electronics qualification, be apprentice trained or have a minimum of 5 years industry experience. Formal training is required in all safety and regulatory activities as necessary. Due to the nature of the role, the successful Maintenance Engineer will hold a full driving licence.
