Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Salary: £350,00-£38,000
Location: Central London
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Call out: 1-2 (£75 stand-by)
 
 
TXM Recruit have an exciting opportunity for an electrically bias engineer to join one of the leading building services providers in London
 
Are you their ideal candidate?
They are looking for an experienced maintenance engineer with an electrical background who has experience working in retail, high-end residential and/or commercial buildings, ideally in client-facing environments
Meeting SLA’s and understanding the importance of providing excellent customer service is also a must for this role
 
Is this your ideal role?
You will be carrying out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance throughout this small, prestigious site in Central London. Although your work will predominantly electrical, things like water treatments will be part of your remit as well
There is a call out rota you will be part of as well as building shutdowns that you will need to attend
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Must come from an electrical background
  • Previous experience in a client facing role
  • AC & DX Units
  • Electrically qualified (City & Guilds 236 part 1 & 2)
  • Hold your 17th/18th Edition
  • Previous experience working within facilities management or building service's
