We have a new opportunity for a Machining Charge Hand Night shift to join our clients busy Manufacturing Department.  This is an opportunity to work at the pinnacle of engineering in Formula 1.

Based within their Machine Shop, the role is to work with the Machining Group Leader to provide supervisory support to the Machinists, Programmers and Pattern Makers. The role will also involve working with other departments and shifts to determine relevant manufacturing priorities and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will

• Be able to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and commitment and be able to work within a high-pressure environment to meet tight deadlines.
• Proven Management experience, good communication and organisational skills are an essential requirement for this position.
