Role Overview:
Responsible for delivery of key infrastructure/network projects that are supporting and maintaining the company's IT system infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure any changes or new projects have a clear, documented backup and recovery plan, which is followed and regularly tested through a managed change control process
- Prepare a wide range of documentation including operational documentation to ensure the BAU team have clearly documented Network topology to manage after the install
- Support project managers to create infrastructure implementation planning
- Coordinating project specific deliverables as instructed by the DCI PM, IT Programme Manager or Network Infrastructure
Role Requirements:
- Proven delivery of complex technical changes in UK wide digital transformation projects covering office relocations, WAN, LAN, AD, Networks
- CISCO experience
- Understanding of routing and switching and TCP, IP, and other routing protocols and field servers experience
- Aware of ISO standards 27001, 27701, audit and compliance standards, GDPR and security protocols
