Travel between London - Norwich 3 days per week (train pass included)
TXM recruit are currently looking for a Technical Resource to support the IT function of one of the UK's leading train operating companies.
The role is predominantly looking at assisting with a SharePoint migration, however you will also be helping to complete migrations to OneDrive also. You will need excellent communication skills with 2nd line support experience, alongside 3rd line migration competence.
Role Requirements
- Provide direct assistance in delivering technical solutions
- Mediate restructure where departments have transferred data to SharePoint already
- Actively Identify technical obstacles and assist resolution development and implementation (e.g. relative paths, long paths, locked files etc)
- Desktop user on-site home drive to OneDrive migration assistance
- Remote user home drive to OneDrive migration assistance
- Remote worker / VPN support
- File server to SharePoint data migration experience
- Windows Server and Active Directory environments
- Migration tools
- AD Security Groups
- Group Policy & remote working support
