TXM Recruit are URGENTLY recruiting a Regional/Contract Manager to support one of our highly regarded clients. This is working for a Global Main Contractor specialising in Facilities Management. 

The role is to work on a well renowned Water Contract in the Kent region on an interim basis. This could lead to a long term opportunity.

  • Manage a team of Engineers 
  • Site visits 
  • Quotations of works 
  • Site Audits 
  • Recruitment 
  • Based in the Chatham Office 

About you:

  • Vast experience in Contract Management 
  • Experience working in Facilities Management
  • Worked previously for Main Contractors 
  • Management of teams 
  • Degree in construction / engineering or similar 
  • Immediately Available 
  • Full Clean Licence
