TXM Recruit are recruiting for a HVAC Engineer on behalf of a HVAC specialist who are looking to expand their team due to organic growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company at the forefront of their field who can offer great training and career progression for the right person
Is this you?
We are looking for someone with a background in service and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation
You will need to have previous experience working on service and maintenance within restaurants and hospitality, ideally both on air conditioning and ventilation, however there is scope for someone to be trained in ventilation providing they have at least 3 years experience in AC and a willingness to learn:
You must have the following to be considered:
- F-Gas (2079) qualified
- City & Guilds Level 3 (6187) in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
- City & Guilds (6188) in Heating & Ventilation or equivalent
- Experience working on restaurant/bar contracts
- Full, clean drivers licence
Overview of role and what’s on offer:
You will be covering London and the M3 corridor, carrying out service, maintenance and fault finding for a variety of restaurants in this area. The work will involve maintaining and servicing HVAC controls/panels, changing fan motors and ventilation systems.
There is a 50/50 split with the service and maintenance so you must be happy with doing both
- Up to £40K basic (negotiable)
- Company Vehicle & fuel card
- Door to door travel
- 20 days Holiday + Bank holidays (plus an extra day off for your birthday)
- Contributory pension scheme
- Excellent overtime rates
Overtime rates:
All day Saturdays and any time after 5pm-12am will be paid at x1.5
Any time after midnight and all day Sundays is paid at x2
