Role Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate business leaders in the review of duplicate job descriptions in order to develop a final version for each
- Work with hiring managers to develop a list of employees to whom the relevant JDs apply to
- Design and execute a plan to ensure JDs are issued and acknowledged by relevant employees & stored on electronic files or other suitable location
- To review electronic and hard files which may involve travel into depots
- Support the ECM Certificate Project and be the driving force behind this
- Support the Head of HR in designing and executing a plan to locate the required documentation
- Project planning experience
- Previous leadership experience is beneficial
- HR background within; Rail, Engineering, Supply Chain or Manufacturing
