TXM Recruit are looking for a HR Advisor Professional in an exciting opportunity to join a leading supplier of premier exterior systems to automotive and rail OEM's.

This role will involve:

• Recruitment and Retention
• Liaising with Trade Unions
• Investigations
• Absence reporting
• TUPE transfer
• Contractual Activities
• HR Meetings
• Employee Salaries

Requirements:

• Previous HR Advisor experience
• Experience with Trade Unions and TUPE experience
• CIPD Level 5

This role will be 2-3 days a week and interviews will be taking place W/C 3rd June.
