Helpdesk operator required at a site in Kettering, paying a hourly rate of £9:13 per hour.
As Helpdesk operative/administrator you will be responsible for the everyday running of the helpdesk and will be an integral part of the site team. This will include the smooth running of tasks that are received daily on the telephone and by email.
The main feature of this role will be to maintain and control job request coming into the helpdesk and allocating to the correct engineer/handyman in a timely manner. To answer the phone in a professional manner and update and advise the client accordingly. The role will sometimes involve reception duties/cover.
You must be IT literate and be able to adapt to work on various systems once trained.
After a successful probation period is completed a permanent position will be offered.
