MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- First point of contact for incoming telephone calls and emails
- Manage contractors' workload
- Support and oversee members of staff
- Prioritise urgent jobs and dispatch relevant contractor
- Interpret and log requests
- Accurately input data
- Escalate any complaints
- Chase and manage ongoing reactive and corrective work for contractors
- Trend spotting
- Usage of Concept
Pay: Negotiable up to £34,000 or similar
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Must have Concept Evolution experience
- Management/Supervisory experience
- Stong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Fully conversant with standard office packages e.g. excel, word, email
