TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Wembley. They are looking for an experienced Help Desk Team Leader to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team on a temp to perm basis.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • First point of contact for incoming telephone calls and emails
  • Manage contractors' workload
  • Support and oversee members of staff
  • Prioritise urgent jobs and dispatch relevant contractor
  • Interpret and log requests
  • Accurately input data
  • Escalate any complaints
  • Chase and manage ongoing reactive and corrective work for contractors
  • Trend spotting
  • Usage of Concept

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM

Pay: Negotiable up to £34,000 or similar
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
  • Must have Concept Evolution experience
  • Management/Supervisory experience
  • Stong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Fully conversant with standard office packages e.g. excel, word, email
