Great opportunity for a Helpdesk Assistant with a strong background/experience in building facilities management. This position is paying a salary for up to £25,000 p/a. You will be based in Greenwich, south east London.
You will be working with the Facilities customer services team to promote and provide a high standard of service to internal/external customers and contractors.
You’ll need have had at least 2 years’ experience working in (PPM) Planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance helpdesk environment. Acting as the first point of contact for all matters directly relating to the day-to-day operation of the help desk. Ensuring a high level of communication standards are maintained at all times and that all enquires are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
To communicate effectively, distribute information in a timely and accurate manner for colleagues in the Technical Services Team, and ensure that excellent working relationships are maintained at all times.
