Salary: £33,150 + plenty of opportunity for overtime
Hours: 40 pw, 8am-5pm
Call out: negotiable
TXM Recruit are recruiting for an experienced domestic heating/gas engineer on behalf of a market leader in domestic heating who are looking to expand their team in Cambridgeshire
Is this you?
You will be an ACS qualified engineer with at least 3 years’ experience in gas heating and hot water systems. Experience working on social housing contracts would also be highly beneficial
You will have a friendly and professional attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships with clients and tenants alike. You will also work well within a team whilst being able to work on your own initiative with minimal guidance
Qualifications
- Gas tickets: CCN1 min
- ACS Qualified gas engineer
- Full UK Drivers licence
The important stuff
The work will be covering social housing contracts, your focus will be on domestic service and repairs
You will only be covering Cambridge so no nationwide travel or staying away from home.
All work will be carried out with the highest level of customer care and health and safety is always adhered to
You will also conduct risk assessments and complete COSHH records on a case by case basis, making sure updates and progress of work is updated with the office
- OTE of £37K+ easily achievable
- Plenty of opportunity for overtime which kicks in after 5pm
