TXM Recruit are looking for a Head of Operations permanently in Derby working for a leading transport business. £65,000 plus 15% bonus is on offer along with free train & bus travel plus some other company benefits.
Head of Operations Job Description:
- Responsible for multiple business units including Operations, H&S, Emergency and more.
- Ideally will have transportation exposure/knowledge to add value with current projects along with stakeholder engagement.
- Must have diverse management exposure at an exec level to manage multiple senior heads as well as covering your own day to day role.
- Experienced in mobilising contracts and writing contracts.
- Corporate facing role requiring a professional to represent the business.
- Ensuring tenders are in line with the customers pricing strategy.
