Role Focus:
Responsible for the manufacture and quality test products manufactured in the cell.
Role Responsibilities:
- Hand fabrication of rubber products including the use of hand and air tools.
- Preparation of small metal components for moulding process using shotblasting technology.
- Adherence to strict process specifications and quality standards.
- Trimming and bonding of final rubber products.
- Testing and quality checks of hand fabricated rubber products
- Batch control and record keeping.
Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience in hand fabrication of rubber products would be desirable
- Quality experience is preferred
- Experience in hand fabrication using hand and air tools is essential
- Dextrous and attention to detail is essential
- Able to read follow and understand detailed manufacturing specification and standard operating procedures.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 16:00pm
Hourly Rate:
- £9.65/hour
